Today we were at the old folk's home for CIP.
Heh.
It was LOL.

We lost our way. Then by the time we reached there it was already 9.30. Then we were sorted out and *ahemahem*

Since i felt really un-productive with them and Mrs Lee kept asking us to follow here and there. Then I decided to go door to door to give the drinks and cake. Only the 4 of us. So we left the busiest place of the flat to go door-to-door. I did have a little problem speaking the language, but it went rather well. Most of the people were not in or could not come to the door. Some of them still had rochures from long ago still on the door. We managed to interact with the people, even tough, half the time we were not sure of what they were saying and all. The block is a little ulu in a way because the corridoo is a little dark and all.Then we were at the 6th story i think. This Indian Man was sitting there smoking away and tatooed all over. & he was like trying to get our attention esp How Teng's. I was talking to Lee Kuang at that time, so i asked him to send to boys up so that we can carry on giving them the drinks because we were running out of supply. Of all people he had to send the 2 jokers - Hareshpal & Irfan. Aiyoooo. This was the conversation i had with Hareshpal:

H: Aa, why is this place so like ulu?
T: Err. It's a run-down place. What do you expect?
H: Eh, can we don't do this?
T: Hurry up la! Knock on the door and push the curtain away and say hello. & introduce we're from and all.
H: ' hello Aunty. *Curtain drops* We're from Kuo Chuan...
Resident: Sa mo re? Pu zhi tao. (Huh? I don't know.)
H: Started to make the chinese and malay together to talk. *The residents understood.*
T: LOL. Hurry up finish yhis whole floor then we can go.

Then How Teng & I, Irfan and Hareshpal went down soon after.
Then on the way back, Yingyng and I sat beside each other and on the other hand were Lee Kuang and Hareshpal.
GRRRR.
I won't mention about the journey on the way back, but it was super fun!
& hilarious.

A brief update on what has been happening from Thursday onwards till today?
Yea.

Friday. We did practically nothing in school. Yea, haha. We checked our report books marks, i passed everything. happyhappy. Then after that i was tooo scared of mrs teo till i started to tremble. LOL. Anyways people have told me this, 'Tashka, you've got a phobia of teachers.' I agree to that in some way. LOL.
Then went for PE and watched this wonderful and interesting and funny film, Japanese one. It was all about perserverance. Then went for Chapel. Woah. It was wonderful! So wonderful! The songs, the mime, everything. It was just amazing. Then went for dental with Abigail. Heh. Nice time talking to her! I never imagined myself treating Abigail as my friend but now, its reality. But i do regret treating her as a close friend now because its abit too late. 4 days left together? But i'll still cherish the remaining time left with her & YingYng.
The went for council camp and apreciation dinner. Then had yum-seng, and the day soon came to an end.

Saturday. Woke up at 6! ON A SATURDAY. Then went to school, bus-ed to Sentosa. First time being there. Interesting place tough. Then went to the bus bay for ice-breaker games. First was Captain's on The Deck. Got sent out of the game soon after because we could not grab a person in time. Then played the game on perserverence. We had to sit on each other's lap and endure for the longest period of time. Woah. After that my knees were trembling. LOL. Next went to play chaptain's ball. I didn't really play. Then first it was all balls and out of a sudden,

A FROZEN CHICKEN.
Yes, a frozen chicken. LOL. How disgusting. Grosssss. That's the main highlight spreading around in the school. Just imagining playing Chaptain's Ball with a CHICKEN. Then went for lunch, ate porridge. The food was so very expensive. Then it was Amazing Race and off to busbay, to Coffee Bean and bus-ed back to school.

Sunday. Had to wake up at 5.45. I've been waking up this early for this whole week and i'll only be able to get my beauty sleep next Monday. Then went to church. Went for lunch to delifrance with clarissa and valerie! <3>

I hope we are still be friends.

Another day without school.

Actually i kind of miss school, but i like the idea of waking up at your own sweet time and doing nothing the whole day.
Short post before i watch my Chinese Show starting in about 12 minutes.[:

There was nothing much i did today, except to relax the whole day and watch time fly by.
Woke up at 8am in the morning. Watched Mr Bean. Then when to help aunty re-arrange some stuff. Then went back to the tv to watch the remaining part of Mr Bean. Then listened to Music. Ate Lunch. Watched Barney! *I'm sure Janeni's jealous.* Then saw a few music videos and fell asleep. Just woke up at 5.15 and here am i blogging.

What a relaxing day indeed![:

Just came back from school. Had some council meeting which was quite fun indeed other than the fact that i hate the new vice-head.
So Welfare & Public Relations have combined making Navin the head. Good choice indeed. He's a good leader to me not like some others.

Had a meeting about:
1) The re-designing of the council board.
2) A Tour for the P6s in KCPPS

I've a full packed weeks left before school closes. Basically council work & meetings here and there.
Tuesday we're starting to re-design the council board and soon after i've t start planning for the p6s. & approach some teachers to be involved in presenting the p6s with a little bit of KCPSS and thinking of a soveiner to give them.
This year it is going to be difficult. O's in the hall, A's in the 4th floor and CCA camps. So we've to avoid almost 1/2 of the school.
But, it still can be done!
Waiting for the next meeting to discuss with the rest.

I had great fun yesterday!

Woke up at 8 in the morning and left for school to hand in my ART. After handing in my ART, left to my cousin's place. It was a long way there. When i reached there, talked for awhile, then we watched tv when to use the computer for awhile.
Then we headed to Causeway for lunch at Swensens. Then after that we went to the library. Paid the fines and borrowed my 2 Joyce Meyer books while i was searching high and low for it. Then headed back to her place. When to play badminton soon after. Then watched the new Chinese Drama after that while my aunty cooked crabby.
Then did our own stuff for awhile then had dinner and came home soon after.
What a lovely day i had.

MATHS WAS...

A KILLER.

It was even worse than Geography. It was hard for me to try not to give up when i look around me and most of the people have already given up, but still i manged to just give my best.
& this marks the end of the Year End Exam.

I am proud to say i gave it all my best i could have given to all the papers, even though some were more difficult than others.

What do teacher's archieve when they set tough papers?
Do they feel happy to mark all crosses all over the paper?
Do they enjoy to see the whole cohort disappointed over the unexpected difficult paper?
Do they enjoy to see the whole cohort fail or do badly?
If not, why do they set tough papers and torture our tineewinne brain?

On a brighter note, Exams are all over. It's time to celebrate my birthday maybe.

I got so annoyed this morning, when Mrs Lee just started shouting at our class for no ryme or reason just because we all cheered when Mrs Yap announced that today was the last day of exams. So how are we supposed to react? Show grumpy faces? Who won't be happy that it is the last day of exam? Imagine being in our shoes & having to sit for so many exams for 9 days? Won't your brain be tired? & Won't you look foreward for the exams to end? Sometimes teachers just don't understand how it feels when we have to struggle through a torturous week and when it comes to an end, Won't we be happy?
Miss Foo was so much better. After Mrs Lee was angry she left and Miss Foo came in to invigilate. She did'nt stop us from cheering, she just said can do it but not too loud and she made us feel happy before the paper started. Plus she even prayed for us to remember our formulas and enjoy ourselves thoroughly during our 6 days break.
Isn't that better than shouting and screaming at the class.
That's the reason why i enjoy Miss Foo more than Mrs Lee.
She tries to make us feel happy and not so pressured by the exam.

I've to be in school at 8 tomorrow. To hand in Art. See at least, i'm still doing it and not just forgetting about it because of our exams.

I think i should carry on with Art now.

I'd be happier if Miss Foo was our form teacher.

Fine.

It wasn't that hard, neither was it easy. The MCQ was tough though. Other than that, it went well. I managed to finish the paper on time with 7 minutes even to check.

So one more paper left to go - Maths.
& the race will come to an end.
& before you know it, 2007 will come to an end too.

I had this strange dream on the 6th. History was on the 5th so i had all the facts still in my head.
About the Great Depression and the Japanese War.
I dreamt that The Great Depression hit Singapore in the same time the Japanese decided to conquor Singapore. So while i went to collect rice from the black market, the Japanese arrived.
&& i became so scared and ran home as quickly as possible.

& i woke up straight after that.
If not, i could not have imagined.
ThankGod, that there was nothing of that sort happening presently. :]

My 14th Birthday[:

I don't think anyone knew what happened yesterday... after i blogged till i slept.
I was happily watching my chinese show which isn't that nice as the previous one - its now, Home in Toa Pyoh or something like that. How great is it to live in Toa Pyoh that they had to create a show on it? So i carried on watching tv and after that i went to eat my dinner and went to watch Drake & Josh![: As i was watching it, My brother was holding a mug and he went into the gardern and said 'A akka! Come here, look at that!, Hurryyhurry!' while pretending to drink water. So i dragged myself off the sofa to the gardern.

Me: What? Where? What you talking?
Kashken: See that thing!
Me: Huh?

And then he took all that water in the mug and threw it on me! :O. Then i screamed as he carried on. Then he said Happy Birthday, hope you had a nice time getting water splashed on you. Ahh. Just as i thought no one will do it this year, he did it! So i thought it was over and i decided to shower because i was so cold and the wind was adding to the coldness. As i going to the toilet, He stationed himself in the toilet. Ahhh. So i could not escape this time. Because i really needed to bathe.

Me: Please don't tell me you're going to splash water on me.
Kashken: What do think i'm holding this for?
Me: Errr... You're going to... splash water on me? *shivers*
Kashken: This water was from the freezer. Have fun!
Me: AHHHHHHHHHH. As he splashes that icy water on me.

ICE WATER OKAY. Taken out from the freezer 10 mins before he splashed it on me. Hahaha. Anyway i had a hot bath after feeling so cold. [:

I find it weird, alot of people found history difficult or some say a killer. But i found it a breeze. Seriously.

So, Monday is SCIENCE. Tuesday is MATHS. Monday is nearer so worry about that first. SCIENCEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

My science is 'wonderful'[:

I think i know why i hated science, i mean disliked science since p3. Because the teacher who called me 'big eyes but cannot see' always picked on me during science class which made me hate science, leading to forever not liking science because i had this thought that all Science teachers would be as wicked as her. So now, i know why i disliked science since then.
But since my p5&p6&Sec1&Sec2 teachers aren't as wicked as her then why do i still have fear of Science?
And fear of teachers who taught me Science after that wicked teacher?

That's about all i can remember. Haha. Anyway, today was History. Yay, i feel happy, because i really did my bestbest and i managed to write alot, 5 pages long. [: I am proud of my work, really. There's a chance for me doing really well in it. [: The paper went rather fine, i managed to complete the paper in time, knowing how to answer most of the questions. ;D
So i was really happy. See, i even studied when it was my birthday the next day.

Before the exam, when i reached school, Janeni was the first to greet me saying happy birthday and presenting to be my present :] , a helium balloon, with a picture of elmo and words saying; elmo loves you! Hahaha. Thank you, Janeni [:
So after the exam, we stayed in school for a longwhile, before heading to Junction8. We then went to eat at foodjunction & walked around for awhile. Then on the way home, we had a mini adventure, taking about 50 pictures. :O. In the woodball court, near my place. Hahaha, so many insane pictures. ;D
Then i headed home soon after & i'm here blogging. :].

2 Papers Left. But its the two major and killerrrrr papers. Science & Maths. And then, it would be 6 days before the verdict is out. :/
Okay, i'm going to watch my tv now. :]

ENGLISH WAS...

Rather Fine.

So it was English today. I was shocked when i reached the examination homeroom. This was written on the whiteboard. Paper 1 - 8.00 to 8.50 ; Paper 2 - 9.oo to 9.40. First thought, Mrs Lee got it wrong. Because in our examination timetable it is stated 1h30mins for each of the papers. But in the end, she was correct. Paper 1 went rather well, i had lots & lots on inspirations. Paper 2 was not too difficult and neither was it easy. 40 mins for 20 questions was crazy. I was running out of time literally, but i managed to finish the paper in the end. ;D

Tomorrow's History. I want to do really well, and let my A1 remain. ;D & i've got to think of the archievements that i had this year, CIP that i did this year, & good things i did this year - according to Mrs Lee, i have to thinkkkk. Goodness, i can't remeber anything i did. Maybe only a few.

Oh today's the eve of my special day. Should i be Happy? Sad? Angry? Annoyed? Excited? But i'm in no mood to celebrate. Yes, i know i should be happy & all according to alot of people, but still you need to be at least happy to be more happy. Maybe i'll be able to want to celebrate after the exams. Thanks to the people who are making me happy. ;D

Okay, off to studying for History. My last day of the 13 year old life.

GEOGRAPHY FROZED MY BRAIN.

Yes, it did. Ewwww. MCQ was difficult. I shall not say diffcult, be more specific. Very difficult. Nothing was from the textbook. It was not textbook-based. Then the pictures were not that clear to understand it well. The Structured Questions were more or less okay other than the fact that normally teachers focus on the last few chapters and not the first few. But thankGod, i studied the first few chapters in detailed too. ;D

Tomorrow's English. My favoritest. && Its also the eve of my birthday. Yayness. I hope to do very well in English. ;D

This are the subjects i want to do. But for the sciences i might not be able to do them as Biology is only available in the Triple Science class.

HIGHER TAMIL WAS..

I have no idea how to describe it. I shall say the 1st paper went well; not much of problems to me but the second paper was _____________. It wasn't as difficult as i expected it to be but it wasn't that easy. & there were a countless problem with the paper.

1. It was upon 110. It's definately wrong.
2. The second section was 15 marks. Which was rediculous.
3. He forgot to insert a section; probably carry 5 marks.
4. The comprehension was a thinking skill section.
   

But, other than that it went fine. Hope i can do well in it. :D

HAPPY CHILDREN'S DAY!

To come to think of it, I can't believe i'm still thinking about Children's Day but, Happy Children's Day! This blog in a way is rotting but at the same time alive too. What sense is this? Believe it or not, our first End Of Year Exam was TODAY. TODAY, ON CHILDREN'S DAY. Man, i still feel like a kid making a big noise about why the first exam has to start on Children's Day. Okay, Maybe i'm still a kid in a way. I don't understand what i'm saying?

On a higher note, Today was Literature. My favourite. You should know why i'm happy about it. Anne Frank is over - last semester. So this Semester we are doing Film & Literacy which is so much easier in a way. And of course, End Of Year Exam has a higher weightage then Common Test 1. So i'm happy that everything or most that i studied came out. & i hope my overnight study will pay off. :D.

And after the paper i came home for awhile before heading for tuition at 1.30. And i left her house at 5.15! I can't believe i could sit down for so super duperly long. & i finished revision there & then. Something unexpected happened during tuition, i went to throw litter, so i walked to the kitchen. Upon reaching there, i saw my tuition teacher taking my bag and opening it. But i did not say a word but carried on walking to the dustbin. And soon after i carried on with my revision. Then before leaving her house, she whispered and said 'happy birthday' in Tamil. I was speechless. So i knew why she took my bag and put the gift into it. Suprising, she did not remember my birthday last year, but this year she even got something for me. So tuition was a SUCCESS and i completed all my revision and all doubts were clarified.

Tomorrow's Mother Tongue & i'm prepared for it. :D & my birthday isn't today. It's this FRIDAY. Yay, i'm finally going to be 14. :D Even though i'm one of the youngest in class.
